• We are a “pre-pay” resort. Deposit equal to one    night + taxes & fees are required at time of reservation.

  • Reservation Fee: As of March 11, 2009: Splash Lagoon will add a non-refundable $5 fee per package for reservations made via phone to Splash Lagoon Reservations or online at www.splashlagoon.com.
    These types of packages are exempt from booking fees:
    ● Packages booked with a Certificate for a free overnight package (certificates starting with #ON)
    ● Packages booked with a Guest Satisfaction Credit

  • May cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund, less a processing fee per room. For reservations booked BEFORE 3/11/09 the fee is $25. For reservations booked 3/11/09 or LATER, the fee is $30.

  • Packages cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

  • Packages not available on same day reservations and are based on availability.

  • You may purchase an additional guaranteed pass up to the maximum occupancy for the room type in which you are booked at the rate of $30 per pass per night stayed. If you are staying one night, an additional guaranteed pass is at the extra cost of $30; if you are staying 2 nights, an additional guaranteed pass is $60, and so on. Please refer to the room descriptions for maximum occupancy of each room type.

  • Add-ons to packages must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance of the arrival date; any add-on purchased upon arrival will be priced at the regular rate.

  • Any additional passes needed beyond the occupancy of the room would be purchased at regular rates per day from the front desk of the water park if day passes are available.

  • No guarantee on the passes above maximum occupancy thus it is highly recommended to purchase additional rooms with an overnight package to ensure entrance into the water park.

  • Package rates are subject to change or end without notice. Rates vary by hotel, date of stay, and number of persons. Packages are based upon availability and are not valid with any other discounts or promotional offer. Rates are subject to blackouts, holidays and special events.

  • If a restaurant card is included in your add-on, it is valid at Damon’s, Applebee’s, Quaker Steak and Lube, Steak ‘n Shake, Boston’s and Safari Grille. Room service is available from select restaurants 6:00PM to 10:00PM daily.

  • Hotel Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am.

  • Splash Lagoon passes are valid from NOON on the day of arrival until CLOSE on the day of departure (unless otherwise noted).
