Group Policies
- No outside food or beverage is permitted into the park.
- Your final guarantee and final payment are due 48-hours prior to your arrival (# of swimmers and # of non-swimming chaperones).
- The park is not responsible for no-shows or cancellations.
- Group meals must be booked in advance.
- Deposit/Payment: A minimum, non-refundable deposit of $5.00 per person is required at the time of booking.
- Tax exempt status is only available for groups from Pennsylvania and Splash Lagoon must have a copy of the stamped form from the State of Pennsylvania before the date of the event.
- As of January 7th, 2014, Splash Lagoon will no longer provide complimentary pool towels. All guests are encouraged to bring their own towels. Splash Lagoon souvenir beach towels may be purchased in the Surf Shop
- Group reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive discounted group pricing.
