Reservation Things To Know

Payment in full (100% of reservation) is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

You may pick up your water park passes at noon* on the arrival date from the hotel front desk. Note: Children 2 years old and younger receive free admission to the water park and do not require a pass, but they must be included in the room occupancy count. Additional 2-Day Water Park Passes for overnight guests can be added to your reservation up to the maximum occupancy allowed in your reserved room. The additional pass(s) can be purchased through the Splash Lagoon Reservation Center by calling 866-377-5274. It is recommended that additional passes be added at least one day prior to your arrival date. Please Note: Additional 2-Day Water Park Passes cannot be added at the hotel or water park upon arrival. *Please check the Splash Lagoon Hours of Operation as some days the park does not open until 4:00 pm.

Bonus Hour: Guests with a Splash Lagoon package on a Friday night can enter the park one hour before it opens to the public on Saturday. Guests with a Splash Lagoon package on a Saturday night can enter the park one hour before it opens to the public on Sunday. Guests with a Splash Lagoon package on a Sunday night can enter the park one hour before it opens to the public on Monday.

Valid identification of the registered guest and the physical credit card used for the reservation are required at check-in.

The Wyndham Garden is the closest connected hotel to Splash Lagoon. They are a pet-free hotel.

The Hawthorn Suites is the second closest connected property to Splash Lagoon. They are a pet-friendly hotel. The Hawthorn Suites has its own indoor pool.

The Comfort Inn is the furthest connected hotel to Splash Lagoon. They are a two-floor, pet-friendly hotel and do not have an elevator. The walkway from the hotel to the park is 3-5 minutes long, and there are 50 stairs throughout the walkway. The Comfort Inn has its own indoor pool.

The Country Inn is a pet-free hotel located directly across the street from Splash Lagoon. The Country Inn has its own indoor pool.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a pet-friendly hotel located ¼ mile from Splash Lagoon. The Hilton Garden Inn has its own indoor pool.

The Courtyard by Marriott is a pet-friendly hotel located ¼ mile from Splash Lagoon. The Courtyard by Marriott has its own indoor pool.

Discounted upgrades can be added to your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date by calling 866-377-5274.

The Resort Fee is $24.99 per room and includes Reservation Fee, Life Jackets, Parking, Hotel Internet Access, Local Calls, Business Center and Faxes, and Wireless Internet Access while inside Splash Lagoon.

Cancellation Policy – If you cancel 72 hours or more in advance, you will receive a refund to your credit card minus a $50 cancellation fee. Note: If you need to reschedule for a different date or hotel, you can do so at no charge, but please be aware that a price difference may occur. If you cancel and you are within 72 hours of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund in the form of a credit, which is good to use with us anytime within the next year. Exception: Future Fun Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. Gift cards are non-refundable. If you pay with a gift card, you will be issued a refund in the form of a credit, which is good to use with us anytime within the next year.=

Splash Lagoon is now cashless. You may visit the front desk of the park and have your cash loaded onto a Splash Cash Card to use in the park.

To ensure the safety and protection of all guests, there will be a mandatory search on all bag types, strollers, and coolers. Splash Lagoon will not hold or store any prohibited items. Prohibited Items include Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia, weapons, explosives, or restraining devices, outside food or beverages, coolers or crockpots, outside alcohol, glass containers, outside pool toys, pets, balloons or confetti, and recreational devices, or any item that is deemed inappropriate by Splash Lagoon.
