The nomination of a 10Best Indoor Water Park will showcase Splash Lagoon and the Erie area in a nationwide contest. Splash Lagoon was nominated as one of twenty indoor water parks to compete for the 10Best distinction through voting by USA Today readers.  Fans of Splash Lagoon can vote every day on every device until voting concludes on Monday, April 25th by visiting splashlagoon.com/vote22 .

The water park has undergone several improvements and expansions, including the addition of the FlowRider Surf Machine, a Surf Bar, and a balcony seating area overlooking the wave pool and FlowRider. Along with these additions, Splash’s Treasure Island Arcade was also expanded by 2,500 square feet to include dozens of new games, including an XD Dark Ride Theatre and Ice Cream Parlor. The expansion is establishes Splash Lagoon’s Treasure Island Arcade as one of the largest and most unique arcades in the tri-state region with over 100 different arcade games and experiences. The water park will also be making further improvements and renovations this summer (stay tuned for updates!).

Splash Lagoon has previously received this honor in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021.
